Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Australia: 7–12 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs procedures, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Customers will receive a tracking email once the package has been dispatched.

5. Delays & Liability

Delivery times are provided as estimates only. ARMISY cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, customers must contact our support team as soon as possible. 

For damaged or defective items, customers must provide video proof within 7 days of delivery.

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, a replacement may be issued at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
